CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SJR 19 (SPECIAL OLYMPICS WORLD WINTER GAMES)            
before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the                 
pleasure of the committee.                                                     
                                                                               
SENATOR LEMAN moved SJR 19 be approved for calendaring at the                  
discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
